There are TWO master bedrooms, each offering queen sized beds and gorgeous sandy beach views. The other 2 bedrooms each have triple bunk beds (double lower/single upper) all with comfort spring mattresses. There are two bathrooms (no ensuite) making this home ideal for larger families or for groups travelling together. Reverse cycle air conditioners are provided in all bedrooms and the living room for extra comfort during the summer months, but these are rarely needed as the mild climate and coastal breeze keeps the house comfortable all year round. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE Guest access The entire property (with the exception of one locked cupboard for management storage). Other things to note This property offers everything you will need: A fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, microwave and gas cooktop; built in washing machine and dryer; 2 internal living spaces each with wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TVs. The undercover car port at the rear of the property can house a boat or extra car in addition to the double bay remote-controlled garage (a third garage bay serves as a games room, decked out with a table tennis table and dart board). This property also offers free Wi-Fi. A small bakery/café is located only a short stroll away. The property is situated only 2kms from the Coral Cove Golf club, 3 Kms from the Innes Park Golf club, and 9kms from the Bargara Village Centre (a lovely coastal drive with minimal traffic and only one set of traffic lights). All linen is included; apart from beach towels. We are in an area which on occasion has sand flies and mosquitos, so please be mindful of the time of day you go outside if these types of bugs find you tasty. The house is of course fully screened. Air Conditioning is installed throughout for your comfort; however we appreciate if guests are mindful of minimising energy consumption and of the environment. Fans and sea breezes are all we find we need most days of the year..
