Comfortable, bright, and breezy, this family home is a perfect getaway in a beautiful location. Dog friendly :) Walking distance to 1st Beach and 2nd Beach, restaurants, ice cream, shops, art galleries, and a great playground. Nearby Newport has mansions and music festivals and weddings and cuisine and boats. For nature lovers, visit Sachuest Point and Norman Bird Sanctuary. After all that, relax on the deck while your kids play in the big shady, yard. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 Upstairs are two large bedrooms (a California King and a Queen bed) and a full, newly renovated bathroom. Downstairs is a large open room with two twin beds, and a hangout area with futons (can fold out for extra sleeping space), and another full bath. The big back deck off the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee and meals. Our friends call it the tree house, because it is snuggled into the top branches for some privacy and cool, dappled light. We have a table and chairs and umbrella ready for you. The kitchen is ready to use, with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry downstairs that guests may use as well. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels, as well as some beach towels and toys for your convenience. The bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is wifi throughout and a password provided, and a smart TV available for streaming. The whole house is newly renovated lovingly by our family. ***No smoking, please! *** We have a book of recommendations and local favorites, but feel free to ask us questions! We love it here.
