Upstairs is a loft-style master suite w/ a king bed, whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanities, and 2 walk-in closets. The lower level includes a bedroom w/ a king or queen bed and a private bathrm attached as well as a 3rd bedroom w/ a queen bed and day bed with a private bathrm attached. There is an office area under the stairs w/ an additional twin bed to accommodate a 9th guest and laundry closet w/ washer & dryer . Guest access 6 side by side Estates available for short term and long term rentals. Other things to note There are stairs to access the entrance to each Estate as well three levels inside. There is no bedroom on the main level however we can arrange a queen blow up mattress or twin roll away bed. The pool is seasonal. There is trailer parking. Long Term stays are welcomed at a discounted rate. Please place all trash in dumpster and all pets must be declared and a pet fee will be applied. Loss of Marina Keys will result in a fine. Management has the right to charge the guest for any and all damages to any property or excessive mess.
