The Rendezvous Killeen Spacious Family Home

Rendezvous Killeen sits in the heart of Central Texas most commonly known for its proximity to the military installations of Fort Hood. Our home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, spacious grandroom and a backyard with a grill for family cook outs. Our biggest goal with curating this space, is for you to consider this house, your home away from home. This home is filled with all the essentials, allowing your stay to be as stress free, comfortable and fun as possible. The space Rendezvous Killeen offers a grand room modern open space that connects the entrance foyer, the kitchen, the dining area, and the family living area with the patio door. The patio opens up to a large backyard. It includes a master bedroom with a working space, and bathroom with a tub and a separate shower, three additional bedrooms, a common bathroom, and a complete laundry area with free washer and dryer. Guests can park two cars in the covered and enclosed garage and another two in the driveway. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining areas are connected with a counter that could be used as a serving station or extra eating space. Guest access Rendezvous Killeen is completely available for our guests, with the exception of the master closet, which we have reserved for supplies; but no need to worry, there are plenty of drawers in the master bedroom and a separate rack for our guests to hang their best clothes. There is also a community recreation area with a park, two basketball half-courts, and a one-mile hiking loop for our guests enjoyment and Vitamin D recharge. When you go, do not forget the basketball in the laundry area or the bike in the garage. They are there for your enjoyment. Other things to note We accept longer term rentals but require additional cleaning arrangements every three to four weeks at our current cleaning fee of $170.00 per visit. Our long-term guests will be charged this additional cleaning fee on rentals over 28 days on the day of the visit on the frequency agreed upon. We offer toiletries, such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and laundry pods, as a courtesy to our guests to ease them into their first days of their stay. Toiletries will not be restocked once consumed.
