Description

Shambala Silang showcases indigenous huts from Ifugao, Mt. Province and Sagada. These old dwellings were carefully transported from the Cordilleras, re-assembled at Shambala Silang and equipped with some modern fixtures for the comfort of our guests. All huts have windows facing the north or the west for a wonderful view of the terraced gardens reminiscent of the famous Banaue Rice Terraces and Shambala Silang’s colorful sunsets. The space At Shambala Silang, we value learning, creativity, spirituality, and healing. We believe that everything is interconnected; that art, culture, nature and spirituality are kin; that mind, body, soul, and spirit are one. As such, we draw inspiration from the rich art and culture of the Filipino indigenous people and the beauty and bounty of our natural surroundings to foster deeper connection and harmony within ourselves, with our families and friends, with our community, with our environment, and with the divine. Guest access Named after Shambhala, the legendary lost Tibetan kingdom of tranquility and peace, Shambala Silang is an urban escape nestled in the hills of Silang Cavite. Guests will have access to the two-hectare property which includes Tawid Gallery, Mana Kitchen, Punla Plant Center, authentic indigenous huts from the Cordilleras, various stoneworks and art installations. Other things to note You're stay inludes breakfast at the dining area or in the Kubo. Also at night we can light a bonfire to roast some marshmallows. Shambala is home to many endemic plant species of ornamental and/or medicinal value. Find inspiration in unique-looking flowers, ferns and other greens located in the sanctuary.
