Arranged over two levels, the ground floor features two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed) and a modern bathroom with a shower over bath. Upstairs, you'll find a cosy open-plan living space/kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to make a delicious meal, and a smart TV with access to all streaming apps (own logins required). When it comes to parking, please note that Brixham is a historic town that was not built for cars. The maisonette is located in the charming windy and tight streets leading from the harbour. There is unrestricted on-street parking nearby, however, this is first come first serve and is limited. Alternatively, there are car parks nearby within walking distance, Brixham Central (short stay) or Freshwater car park (long stay). We recommend dropping off your belongings and using the Freshwater car park, a 5-10 minute walk away. To make parking more convenient, we recommend purchasing a permit through the Torbay Council website. Permits are available for £25 for a 4-day permit or £45 for an 8-day permit. These permits can be used at all Torbay council car parks, allowing you to easily explore the area during your stay. In summary, while parking may be a bit of a challenge, the charm of being in the heart of Brixham is worth it.
