Large garage with off street parking for 4 cars. Open floor plan with large kitchen, counter-top seating and booth. Kitchen area opens to Great Room with big screen TV, Fireplace, Fast Wifi & Game Cabinet. Great Room sliding glass doors lead to a well-furnished outside patio area with a natural gas grill. Relax, recharge, reconnect. House is fully furnished and bathrooms contain everything needed: shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, blow dryers, and towels. Beach chairs and towels are provided along with a couple of beach umbrellas and a rollaway ice chest. Kitchen has K-cup coffee maker and Nespresso machine with pods. In the kitchen is everything you'll need: pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, and bowls. Toaster, blender, Insta-pot, waffle maker. Tesla Charger in garage. Many games in Great Room cabinet. Scrabble is my favorite! Guests can access from Garage, Front Door, Back Sliders and Side Gates I am easy to reach on my cell and happy to answer any questions. Best on text and will respond quickly. Neighborhood is a mix of all ages and there is a park as you walk toward the beach on your right. There is a Beach Trail that is 2.3 miles long that you can take directly to the Pier, T-Street and North Beach. The Pier bowl area has a number of great restaurants & great craft coffee places. If you walk two blocks to the right from front door, you will be on Del Mar Avenue which is the San Clemente downtown area where there are a number of great restaurants of every type of food. Most do not require reservations. Only a couple do so be sure to check. Lots of great and unique shopping on Del Mar. Once at the house you can pretty much walk everywhere. However, if you are looking to do Disneyland that is a 45 min to an hour drive from San Clemente. Sea World or the San Diego Zoo is about the same. We are in a World Class Surfing area so there is a lot to watch and do. It is also a short walk on the Beach Trail towards North Beach where you can rent bikes and ride to Dana Point or to the southern most end of the San Clemente Beach trail. Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available here if needed. Trains can be boarded at San Clemente Pier & North Beach that can take you South to Sea World and Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the train takes you directly through Anaheim, making your travel to Disneyland longer than driving but worry free. Train can also take you all the way to Los Angeles. Be sure to check their schedules first. House is a very short walk to the beach. There is a beach trail that goes all the way to Trestles to the South and North Beach to the North. Great trail to run, walk or bike. Short walk to the Pier on the beach trail with lights at night. Easy drives to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland and Disneyland and many other attractions!
