It's the perfect home away from home while visiting the west coast of Puerto Rico. The casa has a LP transfer switch, blazing fast Starlink internet, as well as a 750 gallon backup water tank so services and amenities shouldn’t be interrupted. This listing is for all 4 units *entire property*. The space When last updating the spaces we tried to keep the rooms open, bright and airy. We give obvious nods to our appreciation of nature and all things plants. Clean, modern and trendy; these are the key words that come to mind when describing the spaces. Per our insurance carrier the elevator tower and roof are strictly off limits for guest use. Other things to note Please conserve as much power as possible. The grid in PR is very fragile so we try to do our part in making sure our neighbors can keep the lights on too. 1 of the bathrooms and the other laundry room are only able to be accessed from behind the house exterior wall *as pictured. This is the bathroom that guests will use who stay in the efficiency back room dubbed "the surf shack". The outdoor showers temp will vary and warm water is not guaranteed. Be careful as any tile is slippery when wet. Additionally the staircase leading up to Apt A has a slightly taller top step compared to the rest so watch your step. The bottom lock is only for privacy and extra security while in the units, be careful not to lock them accidentally while leaving or a 3rd party will be needed to unlock the door. You may call a locksmith if absolutely necessary. Note we may not pickup if it's after work hours. Damage to locks or doors will be billed. Please watch for above coconuts! Do not stand below without consideration. We do not supply wash clothes for guests. Some water connections *sinks* are cold only. This is standard in PR. All soap is antibacterial. All showers in units are warm. Some of the amenities are found in the back laundry rooms to limit clutter. This includes a clothes rack for hanging wet items and beach supplies. Please do not hang anything over the ledges or fencing to dry. Security devices are on the property. Locations are as follows: front patio corner, driveway gate, Apt A steps/driveway, back parking lot, rooftop and storage area. All are outdoor cameras and are always recording. As for any rentals near the beach there is always a slight chance of sighting pests. We have traps, sprays and monthly pest contractors that treat the property for anything and EVERYTHING, but it still happens. Please accept that despite humans trying, we can't select what nature decides to explore and what does not. Apt D outdoor shower is for sand only and does not have hot water at this time. Regular maintenance staff may be on property exterior in daytime working hours. Trash Pickup - Usually Tues or Weds Pool Maintenance Staff - Usually Thurs depending on season the pool may have light debris from above trees. Lawn Care Team- Varies w Weather Exterminator - Varies The AC in the Apt A sunroom is to remain off and is a backup system only. NOTE: Some supplies / host mail may be delivered during your stay. Please place items in the back laundry room for cleaning staff to put away after your checkout.
