Our Historical late 1800s Bed & Breakfast has three (3) En-suites with Access to the Upstairs kitchenette and Dining Space. Venture downstairs to our Lounge, Parlor, Large Front Porch, and Back Courtyard to BBQ or Enjoy a beautiful sunset. Gatesville has many local Restaurants & Shops. We are dog-friendly! We welcome up to 2 (dogs) under 35lbs, w/pet fee per dog. We are a short walk to Raby Park and Downtown! We are 30 minutes from the Waco Silos and 15 mins from Cedar Chest Antique Mall! The space Pennoli B and B is a Colonial Style home with old and updated features. All En=suites have emergency ladders and fire extinguishers. Each room has a Texas flare to its modern features. All our En-suites have a private bathroom! Continental Breakfast included! Guest access Front Door entrance pin will be given 2 days before check-in to unlock also check you in, Upstairs Kitchenette and Downstairs Lobby, Lounge, Parlor and downstairs restroom for guests! All rooms have private bathrooms! During your stay Host(s) on-site private quarters. Host(s) will communicate with guests what to expect via text. Parking is in the back 1 parking space per room. When you book same-day check-in could look a little different because the Host(s) might be out of town or running errands. We want the B and B to be available for overnighters and those spontaneous ones! Other things to note 1 to 2 Dogs allowed! 2 dogs at weight average 1-35lbs. All dog(s) must be kenneled when left in the room alone and only for up to 2 hours, the reason for kenneling is for the safety of our staff and guests! There is a pet FEE (Dogs only "owner is highly allergic to cats") of $35.00 per dog if you have a Service Dog, please call for further assistance.
