Take a deep breath and enjoy the Abruzzese countryside, immersing yourself in Italian history, 5 minutes away from the beautiful Trabocchi coast, 45 minutes from the Majella peaks and 1.5h from the Gran Sasso (highest peak in the Appennini range). The space La Casetta del 1930 is a one-bedroom unit, part of a build that was first erected in 1930. It's been home to three generations of true Abruzzese people and provided shelter from the horrifying events of WW2 to its first generation. The unit has a queen size memory foam mattress, A/C unit, closet, water tank (1,000 liters) to avoid annoying pressure loss and/or lack of hot water, and plenty of windows overlooking the Montepulciano vineyards. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and making yourself feel at home. Our double induction stove can only be used with the induction-compatible pots available in the unit. Coffee maker (moca), kitchen knives, utensils, ceramic plates and bowls are also available. Hosts live a few minutes away and are available during the day. The space is feasible for 4 people, although the sofa bed is a full bed, it will be the most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Upon request, additional services such breakfast and laundry can also be provided for a fee. Guest access The unit is located on the main floor. Parking available on premise.
