Take your surf vacation to the next level at the Step-Up The space The Step-Up : In surfing, your step-up board is your go-to when the quality swells arrive. Our top-floor suite is a Step-Up in size, ceiling height, and bed size (King!). This upstairs area is an exclusive package: private kitchen, private dining area, and of course, private bathroom and bedroom. We’ve added high-pressure warm water to the indoor shower and a higher fibre optic internet speed. Overall, the upstairs is an upgrade! Your suite is just steps to the beach, and walking distance to local restaurants. El Zonte is a small town with big offerings. Guest access The Step-Up has an entrance right on the street, with a private staircase that leads to the suite. Once upstairs, everything on that level is yours. The covered patio features 2 hammocks, a couch with coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bar with 4 stools and a fully stocked outdoor kitchen. Special attention has been given to all kitchen items, including teflon-free pots and a top quality blender. An ‘Eco Filtro’ water filter is provided for drinking water. Inside the sliding doors, the bedroom, office and bathroom are well sealed for ultimate comfort. The air conditioner cools the space quickly and efficiently, especially when the bathroom door is kept closed. The king-sized bed is firm with a memory foam topper, with high quality cotton sheets. Cupboards, shelves and hooks are provided for storing your personal items. If extra private storage is needed, there is a hidden safe that we will show you upon arrival. The office area has its own nook inside the main bedroom, with an adjustable office chair. The unlimited fibre optic internet is strong enough for zoom calls and online work. The shower has a high-pressure water system that is a true game-changer when coming home from the surf after dark. There is a generously-sized mirror and modern appliances throughout.
