Welcome to your cozy private room in central Longmont! The Nomad's Nook offers a peaceful retreat with a private TV for your relaxation. You'll have a separate entrance from the main home for easy coming and going. While your room is private, please note the bathroom and living room are shared with one other Airbnb guest depending on occupancy. The outdoor space is shared with other guests and the owners. The space Our amazing location puts you near hospitals, parks, shopping, & dining. Plus, you'll have easy access to Boulder (20 min), Rocky Mountain National Park (45 min), & Denver (45-50 min) for all your Colorado adventures. Important Details for Your Stay: •Please note our home is upstairs from the rooms we rent; as the house was built in 1965, some floorboard noise may occur. We're mindful of this and respect quiet hours (11 PM - 6 AM). •Street parking is available out front or by the blue shed (alley access). •For fan lights, pull the cord to cycle through its 3 light settings. The grey lamp turns on/off by simple touch or its switch, with adjustable brightness. Kindly turn the AC off when not in use. Guest access Your area includes a semi-private bathroom (shared with one other Airbnb guest, depending on occupancy) and a common living room area. The outdoor space is shared with other guests and the owners.
