We rent out our nice cottage of 130 sqm, which is just a few hundred meters from one of Sweden's finest and longest beaches. You are also close to nature. The pine forests in northern and southern Mellbystrand, Osbecks beech forests and Hallandsåsen. Perfect for hiking and cycling. For those who are interested in mountain biking, there is very good cycling in the nearby area. The space In the big house there are three bedrooms, a large living room and bathroom with shower and toilet. Adjacent to the house, there is a large wooden deck with sun all day and evening. In the guest house out in the yard, there is a bedroom with four beds and a toilet with a sink. Please note that there is only cold water in the guest house. The garden consists of both lawn and a part that is more of a natural garden with large trees. On the garden side there is a barbecue hut where you can sit on the evenings when the weather is a little worse. In the garden, there is a large trampoline for bouncy children. Of course, you use it at your own risk. Guest access The large house and guest house and all patios are available to the person who rents the place. Please note, however, that the fireplace in the barbecue cabin may not be used.
