The Gill House

The Gill House is comprised of two separate apartments with a capacity to comfortably house 8 guests. Each level has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. In total there are four queen size beds. Only minutes to: the Landman Golf Club, Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. Note: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals. The space There is ample street parking as well as limited off street parking. This is an older home that has been updated and in the lower level a portion of the duct work in the hallway and coat closet have a lower ceiling. Guests over 6'2 will want to watch their head in those areas. There is also a bit of low clearance on one or two of the stairs that will also require caution. Guest access The listing includes both the upper and lower floors of the house except for locked storage spaces. The backyard is not a shared space however, guests can contact if they are interested in using the space and I will do my best to accommodate them.
