The Gill House

The Gill House is comprised of two separate apartments with a capacity to comfortably house 8 guests. Each level has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. In total there are four queen size beds. Only minutes to: (Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center). Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. Note: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals. There is ample street parking as well as limited off street parking. This is an older home that has been updated and in the lower level a portion of the duct work in the hallway and coat closet have a lower ceiling. Guests over 6'2 will want to watch their head in those areas. There is also a bit of low clearance on one or two of the stairs that will also require caution. I don’t want to assume that all guests want to socialize, but if you are interested in saying hello just send a text message when you arrive and I will do our best to be available to greet you.
