The space This home is located just a few miles from downtown. There is a restful porch and sprawling front yard to enjoy. The space is kept clean and well stocked to ensure guests have what they need to relax. This home has two units, the other is a private guest suite which is attached at the rear. This 1 bedroom is available for short term renting as well. Guest access Access to the main house is through the front door, while renters of the 1 bedroom guest suite can access this space through the back door. The on-site pool and backyard are not included in this rental. Upon availability, access can be added at an additional cost Other things to note We are happy to accommodate early and late check-in requests when possible. If approved, the associated costs are as follows, *$25 Early/Late Check-in fee Check-in prior to 1:30 PM, additional $25 Check-out after 1:30 PM, additional $25 Our policy around no pet sand no smoking within the home will be enforced. This includes service animals due to the owners severe pet allergy. A fee of $300 will be charged if either policy is not followed. Parties/gatherings are not allowed. Loud music or parties will be charged a fee of $700. Each unauthorized guests will be charged a fee of $50 per guest per night.
