This property is on a valley amidst the lust green coffee plantations. Its a courtyard house with 4 rooms in total. 2 superior rooms with attached bathroom and sitout and another large family room with attached toilets and sitout. Another premium room with attached sitout and restroom with bath tub. It has a separate dining area with lot of indoor games and bonfire place and spacious outdoor area as well to play with family and friends. We have a waterfall and a stream inside the estate walk. The space It's a courtyard house on a valley surrounded by all the sides. You get a 360 degree view with premium interiors like a heritage house . You can also trek to the coffee plantation just below the house and a small waterfall and a stream inside the property. Food is exclusive Malnad cuisine.
