The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour. The space The apartment is about 60 square meters and is located as an annex with its own front door, private terrace and its own ingrown garden at our house. It is at ground level and accessible. It has a bedroom with a large bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with natural light, bathtub and shower, a storage room and a large living room with kitchen, cozy corner bench with dining table, and a pull-out sofa bed, also for 2 people. We have recently also connected a new fireplace with a visible fire. From the living room you can go directly out onto the terrace with a view of only the garden, the horse pastures and the forest.
