The space Welcome to our Industrial-Style Loft with Garden and Private Pool! This space offers a peaceful and relaxing stay where you can enjoy the warm local climate. The open-plan living area, connected to the kitchen, features a lounge, dining area, air conditioning, and a 4K TV with Roku. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as an induction stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and blender, as well as basic utensils for preparing your own meals — all electric, with no need for gas or charcoal. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, TV with Chromecast, dresser, and tabletop fan, conveniently located next to a full bathroom. On the second floor, the master bedroom welcomes you with a double bed, closet, air conditioning, and ceiling fan, with access to another full bathroom on the same level. The highlight of our Loft is its outdoor area with a private pool and small garden. It also includes a barbecue grill, dining set, chairs, and umbrella for your comfort. Strategically located in Xochitepec, near Lake Tequesquitengo and the city of Cuernavaca, within a gated community that ensures both safety and tranquility. Guest access Access to the loft and private pool is completely independent, giving you the freedom to come and go with total comfort and privacy. Other things to note Pet Policy 🐶 Your dog is welcome (maximum one pet). Please respect the common areas and do not leave your dog unattended in the property.
