3-person shared room with three loft beds and three large desks. Female only. Home has a large backyard with a pool. Nice homey feeling! Great location, 2.8 miles (approximately 9 minutes by car) from ASU Tempe Campus. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. Price is per room. I.D. verification will be required to complete the reservation. The space Our home is set up primarily for students and young professionals since we live so close to the university. There will likely be a mix of both males and females during your stay. Generally, we host ASU graduate students and young professionals, usually ranging between 22-32 years of age (just so you have an idea about housemates). FAQ: 1. Do you have parking space available? ✔ Yes, there is plenty of street parking available. Please just let us know you will bring a vehicle so we can send you parking info. 2. Can you host long term stays? ✔ Yes, as long as the guest is following house rules and being a good housemate to others. We frequently host people for 3-4 years, or for the entire duration of their studies. 3. I see meal plan information in reviews, can I be a part of that? ✔ We have PAUSED our meal plan and activities service for the upcoming year due to our planner being on maternity leave. 4. Do I need to pay any other fees outside of Airbnb? ✔ No. The Airbnb price includes utilities and wifi. Security deposit will be billed via airbnb if we need to file a claim to cover damages, and only the repair total will be billed. 4. How are bedrooms furnished and linens provided? ✔ All bedrooms are furnished with an individual (twin) sized bed, desk, office chair, trash bin, desk lamp, night stand or dresser, and each room has a closet. We also provide bed linens, a bath towel and pillow. 5. Are toiletries provided? ✔ We do provide the following items in limited quantities: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for their own shampoo and personal toiletries, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Guest access On your arrival day, we’ll send you a private door code that gives access to the home and your room. For everyone’s safety, please keep your code confidential Other things to note The house tends to have a calm, focused, and respectful atmosphere. Many of our guests are working, studying, or attending classes (including remote), so the environment is intentionally kept quiet, clean, and well-organized. This space works best for people who: • Are comfortable in shared living • Value cleanliness and structure • Respect others’ routines and space If you’re looking for a social or party-style stay, this may not be the right fit — but if you’re looking for a stable, respectful, and well-managed home, you’ll feel very comfortable here.
