Tiny House on Mactaquac Headpond

Enjoy the beautiful view of the Mactaquac headpond from your very own Tiny House! Enjoy swimming, canoeing, fishing, or simply relaxing on your own private beach! 5 minutes away from Mactaquac park and golf course. 20 minutes from Fredericton. The space The Tiny House runs off of 12V power only, meaning inside plugs do not work. There is running water, but will need to boil on propane stove for hot water, and use a cooler for any food that needs refrigerated. Guest access There is a private beach area for you to use, accessed by stairs from the yard. The dock area is shared community space for residents. Please use private beach, accessed by stairs from the property. Other things to note Bedding available for the queen loft. Sleeping bags and pillows available for twin loft and twin bed on main floor. Please, no additional tents or trailers. Parking available in driveway.
