Tesano, Accra - Peaceful ensuite room 3 with AC

This is an ensuite bedroom in a 6 bedroom house located on a serene quiet street at Tesano. 10 minutes’ drive to North Industrial estate , 15 mins from Kotoka international airport and the Accra Mall. Price kept low to help you stay centrally in Accra. There is an extra guest charge if booking for more than one person. There is 24 hours water supply , fully stocked kitchen, security and a cleaning service available. Great location and serene. The space This feels like home away from home. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room but you will NOT share your ensuite toilet and shower. This room has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning(AC). There is a fridge, armchair, desk and chair inside the room and a chair on the private balcony outside. Laundry and ironing available for a small fee if you are not doing it yourself. There is hot water in all bathrooms. There is also wifi provided for use by guests. Cleaning of your room is available on request. Please place your bin outside your door every morning to be emptied. There is a recycling bin for empty plastic water bottles located just outside the kitchen. Guest access You have your own ensuite room that is lockable. You share the kitchen and living room with other guests if there are any or with the host when they are around. There is 24hr security guard and post. Also not far from a police station. Other things to note Please note there is an extra guest charge for more than 1 guest. Children under 2 years stay free of charge but there is no cot provided.
