Quiet neighborhood in SW Portland. 10 minute drive to Tigard, Beaverton or downtown Portland. Countryside atmosphere with farm animals nearby. Non-smokers and drug-free renters only. Guest access We cannot have extra-guests for more than 3 times a month length renting. If special circumstances would take place, we can negotiate, based on case-to-case exception.
