You are do for a Cool Change! NBP-2021-478 The space 🌅 The Cottage This spacious, family-friendly cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We do ask our guests to bring their bedding (sheets, pillow cases, duvets/blankets) along with them as well as any towels needed for their stay. If you are unable to bring these items along with you, please let us know and we can work with you, as we understand it is not always an option. Primary Bedroom: King bed + walk-in closet Bedroom 2: Two cozy single beds – great for kids or solo guests Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a peaceful atmosphere The open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and panoramic views of the lake and star-filled skies. Whether you’re curled up on the couch or enjoying a meal at the dining table, you'll always feel connected to nature. 🌊 Outdoor Living at Its Best Step outside onto the massive 1,100 sq ft deck, offering: Multiple seating and dining spaces Sunny and shaded areas A covered BBQ setup for grilling rain or shine A cozy fire pit for nightly stargazing Private access to 250 ft of rocky shoreline (water shoes recommended!) Bring your own kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards to explore the crystal-clear waters. Motorized boats can be launched at the nearby Tobermory Municipal Dock. 🌌 Dark Sky Community Views Located in a certified Dark Sky Community, A Cool Change offers incredible stargazing. On clear nights, the Milky Way and countless constellations stretch right above the shoreline—perfect for photographers and dreamers alike. 📶 Modern Comforts Stay connected (if you choose!) with Starlink Wi-Fi, offering fast and reliable internet throughout the property. 🏡 House Rules & Notes Maximum 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age No pets No parties or events Quiet, family-oriented atmosphere (quiet hours after 10 PM) Excellent drinking water – well water tested and approved by the Health Department Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire cottage and property Other things to note We do ask guests to leave our space as they found it. The cottage is in a natural area, and we do ask that garbage is no left outside. On check out we ask guests to place all garbage in the outdoor garbage container. 6 adults and 2 children under 12 maximum There are 2 exterior cameras onsite facing the driveway.
