In a newly built residential complex with breathtaking views we rent a delightful apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room divided between the dining area with open kitchen and a relaxation area with sofa bed that can be closed by a comfortable sliding door and therefore be used as a room. The living area overlooks a large covered terrace and the solarium with a wonderful view over the gulf and Tavolara, perfect for breathtaking dinners and aperitifs. The space Terrata beach with kiosk and umbrella rental can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. All other beautiful beaches in the area can be reached quickly by car. Terrata is located in a beautiful area within the Golfo Aranci area. Halfway between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, the complex was built in the 1980s and borders the beach of Terrata which can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Its location is strategic, in a few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the coast, the center of Olbia and the port and airport. the position of the apartment allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Tavolara. Other things to note The extras are NOT included in the total price and are due paid through Airbnb the day before arrival or in cash at the arrival: - final cleaning = 120,00 euro We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends to our accommodation!
