Split-bedroom floor plan with a King primary suite on one side and Queen guestroom and Bunkroom with Twin over Full bed on the other. The full bath in the hall comfortably serves the guestrooms. Kitchen on the back of the home allows for direct access to the beautiful back deck for al fresco dining under cafe string lights. Large backyard for games and making smores and memories by the firepit at night. 30 AMP RV hookup available in driveway! Guest access The entire home and yard are available for your private use, with exception of a few locked storage closets. Other things to note Neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Please keep noise to a minimum outside after 10pm. A firepit is available for use. Fires must be fully extinguished after use and never left unattended. NO SMOKING allowed indoors. NO PETS. Any trace of smoking or pets inside will result in a $500 fine. Free parking available in the driveway and on the street in front of the home. Please do not park in the yard.
