The 3* cottage is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people. The space The 55m² single storey cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, it is a friendly place offering modern and comfortable accommodation. It is independent of the owners' house and is not overlooked. You have a living room of 20m2 with open and equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The two bedrooms, 12 and 10 m², have access to the outside with a terrace and a private garden without a fence. Ideally oriented east to enjoy the sunrise over the countryside. The cottage has a second small private and fenced terrace facing southwest, with table/chairs and BBQ. Direct access to the pool and the common garden through a small gate. Guaranteed calm. The cottage is not air-conditioned, but it stays cool in the summer (if the windows/shutters are kept closed). The mosquito nets and cool nights in the countryside will allow you to cool the cottage in the evening. Handicap Suitable Our 2 cottages (l 'Establa & la Granja) are rented together to accommodate up to 9 people. A 40 m² room is available (subject to a supplement) for your meals, meetings, or events such as birthdays. Guest access The pool is accessible to all guests. It is not private to your cottage; it is to be shared with the occupants of the 2nd cottage and the guest room/Tiny.
