Welcome to Saida Condominiums, our condo is located on the 4th floor and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and over 1100 sqft of living space and more importantly, it has direct access to the beach! The space This condo has a regular drip coffeemaker. The primary bedroom has a king bed, there are two twin beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Other things to note NOTE: Saida Towers Management Rules during March 1st thru April 9th. -ID required -All guests between the ages of 10-32 must purchase a security wristband for access to the property. The cost is $25/per person + 17% tax. This can be purchased at the security gate. They only accept cash. Any lost or broken wristbands will result in guest having to purchase another wristband. -This policy will be strictly enforced by security. IMPORTANT NOTICE – ***STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, THE GUEST CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, FULLY UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY. GUESTS WILL RECEIVE A 100% REFUND ONLY IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 5 FULL DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN WILL RECEIVE ONLY A 50% REFUND. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED THE NIGHT PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
