In addition, a mandatory cleaning fee of €75 is to be paid on site, thus ensuring the cleanliness and quality of your stay. The space Dream Vacation in a Renovated Dauphinoise House with Pool and Garden Welcome to our beautiful renovated Dauphinois house, offering charm and comfort over 220 m2 spread over 3 levels. Ground floor: Kitchen open to a cozy living room, decorated with a wood-burning stove for warm evenings. Fully equipped kitchen with a Smeg piano, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and filter, and an American fridge. Spacious dining room with a table that can comfortably accommodate 8 to 14 guests. Toilet and laundry for added convenience. First floor: 4 comfortable bedrooms for a restful sleep. Bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Second floor: Attic with bathroom with bathtub and sink, as well as a large dormitory, perfect for children! The house sleeps up to 14 people with a total of 10 beds and a travel cot available. Take full advantage of our fully enclosed garden of more than 2000 m2, equipped with a motorized gate for your peace of mind. Relax by the large 10x5 m heated private pool, or on the large terrace equipped with a table, garden furniture and deckchairs, ideal for moments of conviviality outdoors. Important Things to note: Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. Mandatory €75 cleaning fee to be paid on-site. Linen rental available: sheets at €8/bed and towels at €6/person. We would like to point out that our house is located in a small hamlet. Out of respect for the neighborhood, outdoor parties are not allowed. Many activities await you, such as walking or cycling along the Via Rhôna, visits to waterfalls, swimming at the Point Vert nautical base opposite the Blue Valley, canyoning, hook and loop fishing in the Rhône.
