The space This spacious basement-level guest suite offers comfort, privacy, and style in Denver’s walkable Sunnyside neighborhood. It includes two private bedrooms—each with a queen bed—and a queen-size pull-out couch in the living area, providing three total queen beds to comfortably host your group. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and comes stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. With 10' ceilings and windows in every room, the space feels bright and open despite being below ground. Work remotely with ease at two dedicated workstations with monitors and fast Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the shared mudroom provides extra storage for coats and shoes. The kitchenette features a full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and essential cookware. For added comfort, enjoy guest-controlled heat and A/C via Nest, an in-unit washer and dryer, blackout curtains, white noise machines, and easy street parking. Unwind with the smart TV for streaming or browse the provided books and games during downtime. Hassle-free self check-in makes arrival simple. This cozy, thoughtfully equipped retreat is the perfect home base for work trips, weekend getaways, or exploring Denver’s vibrant neighborhoods. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire basement-level apartment, with a separate entrance and convenient keyless self check-in. The back door keypad is linked directly to Airbnb, so you’ll receive your unique entry code automatically before arrival. The mudroom is shared and provides a convenient place to hang coats and leave shoes. Guests are welcome to relax in the backyard patio area, which we occasionally use as well—mainly to access the garage or our grill (please note the grill is not available for guest use). Street parking is free and typically easy to find on 41st or Vallejo (41st is closest to the entrance). Other things to note Entry is through the backyard; detailed instructions are provided after booking. Guests enter via a shared exterior door into a mudroom, then access the unit through a private, locked entrance. The backyard may occasionally be used by the owners to access the garage but is otherwise available for guest use.
