This apartment in central location has great connections. Railway station is around the corner, local bus and tram stop next to house and long distance bus station just a stone's throw away. The nearest parking garage is under ground or at the railway station (for a fee). Nokia Arena 600 m, Ratina stadium 900 m, Tampere Hall 900 m, Särkänniemi amusement park 2 km, Pyynikki observation tower 2,2 km, several shopping malls, restaurants, theaters, museums, churches and historical buildings nearby. The space The apartment is located on the 6th floor - despite the central location, most city noises are out of reach. The house has an elevator, but it is a few steps away. The two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people and if necessary, the living room can accommodate up to 6 more people with additional mattresses and a sofa bed. The apartment is best suited for about 4 people due to its other facilities. One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and the other has extendable sofa bed with a 2x80 cm spring mattresses. The bedrooms have blackout curtains. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Open kitchen-dining area-living room with access to a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and dining & cooking utensils). From the second bedroom there is access to another, glazed balcony. Guest access The entire apartment, including the balcony and all amenities, is available to guests (except for the separately marked locked cabinets). Other things to note Only the final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price - for longer stays (over approx. a week) the guest is expected to clean the apartment regularly. Also, replenishment of supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc. are the responsibility of the guest for longer stays. Likewise, washing of bed sheets, etc.
