Port de Llançà - A House with a View

The house is five minutes walk from the beach promenade. The Cami de Ronda (Coastal Path) is at the end of the street. The street is quiet although close to the shops. A three or four minute walk to the main beach and marina. The front bedroom has a spectacular view across the bay. The house has a view because it is at the top of a hill, if you haven't got a car you will have to walk uphill to get home. This can be hard work in the summer. The space There is an entrance a small kitchen a large living room with a balcony, one ensuite bedroom with a terrace and another two bedrooms with their own bathroom these two share the second bathroom.. The kitchen has a microwave, gas cooking top, a large fridge and a washing machine. The balcony and terrace both have awnings... Guest access You will have access to all rooms and wardrobes that aren't locked. Other things to note This has been our home for the past 30 years.
