Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps. The space The cottage comprises of an entrance hall, newly refurbished bathroom, toilet, basin, and large walk-in shower. Kitchen with all requirements and washing machine, through to lounge diner and then onto the bedroom with king sized bed. Guest access Access is directly opposite your private parking area and via a key safe. To the rear of the property and accessed via the French doors in the lounge is a newly paved patio area with two chairs and table plus parasol. Guest are also able to access a lawned area. Other things to note Hosts are experienced and will endeavour to meet all requirements within reason. We are normally not too far away and please feel free to call on us if you have an issue. We are situated within an AONB and as such you may see wonderful wildlife such as red squirrels or green woodpeckers. However given our location you may also hear corvids, occasionally barking dogs or as one guest noted, have a mosquito enter the premises. These are outside of our control and happen only rarely.
