Ski on/Ski off Trendy Condo Hunter Mountain

Newly renovated modern condo slope-side at Hunter mountain. Come enjoy the beauty of the Catskills & winter events while staying at our cozy and stylish condo. Warm up by the electric fireplace, fix a meal and have a drink in our brand new kitchen, watch a movie, and enjoy a restful sleep in a relaxing bedroom. The space The condo has direct views of the trees lining the nearest ski path. Keurig coffee maker stocked with K cups and tea. Unit has clothes washer and dryer. There is one KING bed and for additional guests or kids unit also has Inofia Folding twin size bed with 5 inch memory foam mattress - very comfortable. ********Unit is comfortable for three adults or a couple with two small kids. ********* The condo is on the ground floor and has another unit above it and next to it that belongs to a nice family. The condo is slope side ski on/off meaning you have access to the mountain via one of the ski runs approx 60ft from front door. Just put your skis on and ski downhill to the base where you can pickup your ski passes. You can also ski back to condo for breaks and at the end of the day. If you are looking to walk to the base of Hunter mountain using the main road it's just short of a mile (0.8) a 17 minute walk down hill and then up hill. You can also drive 1 - 2 minutes along same path and park at the free parking lot at base of the mountain to ski, tube, or just enjoy the restaurant/bar. There are several other restaurants in same walking distance on main road, along with a pub and beer garden. The cleaning fee is used to pay a professional cleaning company that thoroughly cleans the unit in between guests. All linens including bedding covers, and all towels are washed after each stay. Free parking passes provided for up to two vehicle that must be displayed in windshield. The parking lot is approx. 25 second walk to the front door. Guest access Access via smart lock. You will be provided with a 4 digit code to use for the duration of your stay. Ring camera affixed to front door.
