To give you some added piece of mind, we want to let you know we have always had very high standards for cleaning and were already taking many of the precautions currently being recommended prior to COVID, including, but not limited to: - A a “clean linen” policy and all bedding is washed with very hot water between each guest and dried at high temperatures - All high touch surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant wipes - Dishes are washed in a dishwasher CANCELLATION POLICY Due to COVID, we are offering a more flexible cancellation policy than the one listed by AirBnB. Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. We offer a full credit towards a future stay for any money that is not refunded as long as reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the stay. Please note we cannot guarantee the AirBnB service fee will be refunded, that is charged by AirBnB and is refunded based on their internal policies.
