Guest access The outdoor area is shared by other condominium owners and tenants, so we cannot be used in a way that disturbs the other guests and residents. We ask that you avoid leaving objects outside the apartment that cause embarrassment and access to the other guests and residents of the place. Other things to note A totally family environment, we do not rent for parties and we do not accept any kind of gatherings or meetings that disturb the other neighbors. This will result in the immediate eviction from the apartment, without any responsibility on the part of the owner. There will be no reimbursement of any amount if this happens.
