The House on the Bridge

A large and bright modernized historic apartment of over 100 square meters located in the heart of Venice, a 3-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and the market of the same name and about 10 minutes from St. Mark's, the train station, and Piazzale Roma. The house will guarantee you privacy in all the rooms and the typical view of a picturesque canal, while in the common areas a view of a typical Venetian courtyard, fundamental characteristics to make you breathe Venetian life in all its authenticity. The space The apartment is located on the second and last level of a historic building, on a single floor of over 100 square meters, located in a very central area but away from the hustle and bustle, which makes the stay an oasis of light, silence, quiet and relaxation. The house layout consists of: an entrance that leads to a small entrance hall, the ideal place for reading lovers; frontally, we will first find the bathroom and then the kitchen. On the right of the entrance hall, instead, we will find the long corridor that will take us first to the spacious living room, the heart of the convivial life of the house due to the presence of the mahogany dining table, the sofa and the 55' smart TV; and then lead us to the double bedroom, consisting of two single beds and then ending in the master bedroom, a large room with double views of the intersection of the two canals, giving authentic and typically Venetian views. Both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room overlook the canal and are equipped with independent air conditioning (except the kitchen). The furniture was designed to blend the historical and typical characteristics of the ancient houses of Venice such as: Venetian floors, chandeliers and wall lamps in Murano glass and walnut or mahogany wood furniture, with the needs of modern homes that require a functional bathroom and kitchen and furnishings that refresh the environment. Another thing we like to convey to our guests is the love for plants and greenery, trying to add a little natural green here and there that helps instill that sense of peace and serenity that only nature can give us. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guest use without restrictions.
