Lux & spacious 3 Bedroom apt in Gramercy Park
Lux & spacious 3 Bedroom apt in Gramercy Park
Description
This apartment is a three bedroom full floor unit about 1,400 sq-ft, newly renovated with new furnitures and appliances. The highlight of the space is the huge living room approximately 25’x25’. The building is a landmark featuring old fireplaces and hardwood floors. The location is centrally located on 28 str between Park Ave and Madison str. You will be within a few blocks from Flatiron area, Madison square park and Eataly. Whole Foods and wework is right down stairs. The space Once you enter the apartment you are at the living room dining room area which is really big for nyc standards. At the living room there is a smart tv as well. The dining table is big enough to sit 6 people. In the living room area is the door to the bathroom. To go to the bedrooms you have to go through the kitchen or through a storage/ closet area adjacent to it. Once you cross the kitchen or storage area you are at a hallway from which you can access the three rooms. Our kitchen is kind of small but fully loaded with everything that you need to cook a meal, including a gas fired stove, microwave, coffee maker etc. .From the bedrooms the one on the left is the master with a big closet, desk and a chair. The other two bedrooms are the exact same size, with a closet, a desk, and a chair. Other things to note The apartment is at the fourth floor and is a walk up. To go to he bathroom you have to take 5 steps down. All rooms and livin g room have AC units. When it comes to bathroom and kitchen essentials like toilet paper dish soap etc. we provide for you in order to start your stay not all through out your stay. Also pls be mindful and shut off lights and heating or AC units especially when you are not home, because if the utilities bill comes out above 200$ you’ll be responsible to cover the difference above that. I’d like to hold 200$ utilities deposit per month in case the utilities bill exceeds 200$ per month. For the summer months we’d like to hold a deposit of 300$ per month for the extra charge in electricity if you do. We’ll show you the bill and deduct the amount accordingly at the end of your stay. Thank you
