We are renting from July 1, a large apartment in Redefin, which is only about 500 meters away from the Redefin stud farm, starting July 1, 2022. The next largest cities are Hagenow (14 kilometers), Ludwigslust (17 kilometers) and Schwerin (just under 50 kilometers). The Baltic Sea can be reached by car in about an hour. The space The apartment is located in the Old Post Office of Redefin, built in 1879. We almost completely gutted and extensively renovated the building in 2021/2022. During these extensive renovations, we created two separate apartments with separate entrances. We offer the upper attic floor as a vacation rental. It is equipped with upscale amenities and has a living area of around 96 square meters. It can accommodate up to six people. For this purpose, a double bed (box spring bed) is available in a bedroom of just under 18 square meters, two single beds in another bedroom (14 square meters) and a pull-out sofa for two people in the kitchen-living room. The kitchen-living room offers a high-quality kitchen with a centrally placed kitchen block, a dining table for six people and a cozy sitting area with a coffee table, TV rack and TV on just under 40 square meters. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, oak plank vanity with a countertop sink and a spacious, walk-in shower.
