Rye Beach House - walk to the beach and shops

Our place is 1km from the Rye front beach and shops. You can drive (or organise a tour) to the many Mornington Peninsula wineries, the famous Peninsula Hot Springs or try the great golf courses the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. You’ll love my place because of the modern beach house ambiance, large outdoor entertaining space, and the location. The space Our place is a calm, clean and cosy space to relax. The deck is where I spend my morning's enjoying the sun, coffee and breakfast. The house has had a fresh lick of paint, pastel mint, to help set the beach holiday vibe.
