This modern studio is near the airport, fun activities, out-door adventures, wineries & walks, nightlife & Ski Fields! Take an uber, taxi or short walk to the bus-stop to visit the centre of Queenstown or nearby shopping . Complete with King Bed, sofa bed, washing machine & kitchenette! Unwind and relax in the nearby spa after a long day on the slopes or exploring our beautiful region! The space This accommodation is a studio apartment with sleeping in the main living area. It has a kitchenette with all the cooking equipment you will need to cook any meal, and a separate bathroom. It has a very comfortable Chiropractic King size bed and a sofa bed! There is also a small private outside area which looks on to mountain views and a shared Spa heated to 39.5 degrees. Guest access It is a studio apartment and all areas of this studio are accessible only to the guests. This studio is attached to the owner's house, but is separate and private for guests. You have your own private access into your Studio and secluded area with a shared Spa for you to use. Minimal noise may be heard from owners house, but we try to be very quiet. Other things to note The studio is attached to the owners home at the rear of the house. Some minimal noise may be heard to adjoining owners house, but we are very quiet and respectful of keeping noise to an absolute minimum. We also have two small dogs who will bark on occasion, but are mostly well trained. The kitchen is a kitchenette, however it comes equipped with element bench top cooker, microwave and cooking utensils and pots/pans etc. We do have other guests on the property, but your space itself is private and only for you. There is also a Spa on the property for your use, which is shared with other guests.
