Ixora Cottage in villa garden

The Cottage is designed for two guests.The interior is contemporary in soft beige and light wood, located in secure private estate. Outside,Rawai is a thriving village, surrounded by forested hill,with great beaches only a few minutes away. The space Ixora Cottage is a modern, attractively designed one bedroom detached cottage-style house,the size is 40 square meters approximately, set in the tropical garden of a private villa. There is a shared swimming pool and party pavilion. Inside the cottage is a lobby with the bathroom and kitchenette on one side, and the bedroom and living room on the other, all easily linked at one level. The bedroom has two super-single beds, wardrobe and dressing table/desk with plugs and wi-fi connection. The living room has comfortable chairs and coffee table and shelves with a 32 inch HD TV (Cable). There is a terrace outside in the garden with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet similar to a hotel bathroom. The kitchenette has a basin and storage unit with microwave cooker, kettle and fridge. Pots, plates and cutlery are provided. Designed for simple meals, breakfast and drinks, since most people eat out, and food locally is both Thai and multi-national, and good in value and quality. Guest access Guest will access to the main gate which has 24 hours security guard. The cottage is accessed from the side of the main villa along a garden path.
