Private room at Luxury Villa

The host is an interior designer who resides on the premises with her family. We love interacting with our guests and strive to make their stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. Our food layouts are one of our strengths (food is the love language in this house). The family has been residing in this beautiful city for three generations so we are very proficient on all the tourist, food and shopping spots so feel free to ask any and all questions. The space Aura homestay has four rooms and four AIRBNB listings (see above). The place is built with much love and care with interiors depicting a fusion of contemporary and traditional style that captivates the onlooker . Amenities like bus stand, train station, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store are all very close. The terrace in the mornings offers a breathtaking view of sun rising above the Aravalli hills glorified by peacocks, our regular visitors. As evening sets in, the view is enhanced by the beauty of the lit up Nahargarh fort, the moving Metra and the moon. Rooms : Four Luxurious rooms equipped with air Conditioner, heaters and attached bathrooms with round the clock hot & cold water. Toiletries include soaps, shampoos, toilet paper and towels. Stilt floor: Parking space, a covered verandah with swing, outside sitting which also doubles as a waiting area for guests. Ground Floor: A separate dinning room for guest where the breakfast is laid out in the morning or any given lunch and dinner orders. Private drawing room and kitchen not accessible by the guest. Lounge for guest with TV, where they can sit and relax plus two of the guest bedrooms. 1st Floor: two guest bedrooms, a pantry stocked with tea and coffee necessities plus a water kettle and a microwave and a bedrooms belonging to the host (not accessible to the guests). 2nd Floor: bedroom on the left side belonging to host and a beautiful terrace on the right side with well manicured plants, lush green grass and adorned with cozy sittings. Guest access Guests have access to the common areas like dinning hall, lounge with a TV, terrace, pantry and the stilling area on the stilt floor. The kitchen, formal drawing room and the bedrooms of the hosts on the 1st and 2nd floors are private areas, not accessible to Guests. Besides they have access to most important-our hearts :) In short it's going be to be your 'Home away From Home'. The guest are provided with a set of house keys so they can come and go as they want. The pressure pump for shower will remain close from 11:00pm to 7:00am so that the other guests are not disturbed. The normal water pressure is available 24x7. The house also has Wi-Fi which is available in the lounge and dining area so the guest can work. The breakfast timings are from 8:30am to 10:00am, we request the guests to adhere to this timing so that it doesn’t disturb the timetable of the host and their family since all the members are working. The guest check in time is after 2pm since we need time to clean the rooms after other guests checkout, however for the guests travelling via flights and trains might arrive at a certain time, we will provide them access to the property. The checkout is strictly at noon but the guest can leave their belongings in a safe place if they plan explore the city and travel at a later hour. Food is not allowed in the rooms under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. During your stay The host stays in the same premises and is available to guests at the breakfast time. If need be they can contact the host on phone by calling or text. All queries regarding the city, food shopping, transport, site seeing can be answered by the host easily, so the guests must not hesitate to ask. Other things to note The Host undertakes Rajasthani & Indian Vegetarian cooking classes with additional fees. Reasonably priced Lunch & Dinner available on request with a 4 hour prior order, it is very delicious and fresh home cooked food which is priced per person. We also take guests food restrictions and allergies under consideration so let us know in advance. Also the house is a strictly vegetarian space so please adhere to that in case the guest order food from outside.
