This shallow, warm, beachfront is easily accessible - no bank. All-window full width enclosed front room overlooks the lawn and lake and provides views from living room, dining room, kitchen, and more. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, window A/C unit, WIFI, cable, deck, barbeque grill, fire pit, deck and lawn furniture, private 40' dock. This is a one lane road with those exiting (outbound traffic) given the right of way. Please pull off into a driveway or similar if you encounter an outgoing vehicle. You are renting a cabin on the shores of one of the most famous healing waters in the country. While you wade in the water, you will notice springs of differing temperatures beneath you. You have your own spa out front. Of course the springs also run beneath the cabin and our well water can be filled with minerals. While some count their blessings, others don't care for the flavor or smell of the Saratoga minerals especially if sulfur is prevalent. Therefore, we pump fresh water from the lake in the summer instead of well water, whenever possible. This water is safe for bathing and washing dishes and clothing, but we suggest you do not drink it or cook with it. We supply full jugs of drinking water direct from the Springs in Saratoga Spa State Park. Feel free to use these and refill for free as much as you want at the State Seal Spring in the park (its a must experience for all visitors ;-) ) Notice: Our insurance carrier requires guests to sign a liability waiver for swimming, and using fire pit and the bunk beds, for all guests and their visitors. We will provide this waiver when we exchange emails prior to your stay. This waiver states that guests and their visitors swim and use the fire pit and bunk beds at their own risk, and agree to hold hosts harmless for any injuries incurred using the lake or bunks. We love pets and hope that we can accommodate yours! However, pets require owner approval on a case by case basis and require an additional liability waiver and a cleaning fee of $25/night to a max of $75/week. An additional deposit may be due if there is a pet joining you. Long term rentals are considered at a discounted rate.
