The space I am renting in Central Berlin (Mitte) a beautiful flat with one bedroom, one very large livin room with a convertable sleeping couch, a winter garden, a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is comfortable and clean. The building is located in the central and historical district of Mitte, less than 100 m from the underground station (Bernauer Str.) and the fashionable stores of Prenzlauer Berg, 6-8 minutes walk to Hackescher Markt, 10-15 minutes walk to the Dome, the Museum Island and the Humboldt University. Quality food stores like Rewe, Keiser and Biocompany, are a few minutes walk, as well as many trendy restaurants and bars. The flat is refurbished and recently furnished to accomodate up to 4 guests. Good quality comforters and sheets are provided. The kitchen has an electric cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, saucepans, good quality dishes etc. Breakfast is not provided, but the guest may help themselves with everything they find in the cupboard. The bathroom has a shower, a bath, mirrors, hair-dryer etc. Fresh fluffy towels are provided. Large screen TV with 100 channels, apps& games, fast wi-fi 50Mb, and a landline phone complete the offer.
