West University Casita

Come enjoy Tucson's lovely sunshine in our newly remodeled studio guest house with full kitchen and bathroom located in historic West University. This is a prime location, which includes off street parking, and is within easy walking distance to downtown, the University of Arizona, 4th avenue shopping, and the streetcar. Our casita is steps away from a street car stop that will take you to the Mercado shopping district, the UofA and everywhere in between. The space The living space is a simple studio with room for 3 to sleep (a queen size bed and an additional futon). It was recently renovated with classic black and white porcelain tile in the kitchen, encaustic cement tile in the bathroom and hexagonal saltillo in the main living area. The kitchen features custom concrete countertops, a gas stove, a refrigerator and other amenities such as a single cup kuerig, toaster, electric kettle and microwave to make your stay comfortable. A mini-split provides cooling and heating. The patio between the main house and casita is available as well. Guest access You will enter through a side gate on the west side of the main house and free parking is available on Herbert (the alley). Please be respectful of the occupants of the front house and direct any and all questions through the air bnb app. Please be sure to securely latch the gate when coming and going.
