Female-Only, Simple, Single Room in Speedwell

Please read whole profile before requesting. Clean flat, good local amenities on bus route direct to town. Main roads include a selection of restaurants, pubs & supermarkets. A major cycle route to central Bristol and Bath passes very near. Female guests only please, you must already have a reference. I would appreciate a message with a very brief purpose for your visit, eg, work prior to request. Bookings currently limited to short stays. I was a CS member and interested in meeting others. The space Female only due to small size of flat. A cosy place and small room, but with everything you need to hand. Rest of the place shared, so feel free to make yourself at home. Ground floor, no steps. Slope leads to the front door. A narrow corridor leading to and within the flat unfortunately do not make it wheelchair friendly. Guest access Own room, shared kitchen, bathroom & living room. During your stay Mostly working during the day, but welcome to join me for evening and weekend plans if interested. I have been used to hosting people through other hospitality sites. Other things to note I work regular hours Mon-Weds and do not get home until 6pm on these days. The remainder of the week is flexible shift work. There is no self check in and so I need to check my schedule to see if I'll be available to let you in, so please send an enquiry before requesting.
