Lovely cottage with en-suite bathroom and kitchen. Two singles or King size bed. Close to Port Elizabeth airport, walking distance to 6th Avenue shopping center, off-street parking with security. Private entrance. Parking for one vehicle. 7 minute drive to the beach. The cottage is cosy and humble. Seperate entrance. Private fire pit. Wifi (continuously during loadshedding). Humble, happy and clean. The space The space is a great location to relax. We are close enough to the vibey Summerstrand where all the bars and pubs are situated. The beach and the Boardwalk Casino is a seven minute drive from us. There are several restaurants close by. Nature lovers will love exploring the nearby Baakens Valley. We recently installed a gas geyser to battle power outages and loadshedding. Generator on site. Guest access Guests have access to a private backyard and the cottage. Other things to note Guests have option of two single beds or one king size bed. Please let me know your preference :-) There is a very friendly Golden Retriever, Brandy and a cat, Britney, who live here. NB: This is not a serviced cottage (cleaning) but cleaning is available at an extra cost of R250.00 if pre arranged. Linen and towels (only) will be washed once a week. There is a laundromat close by which is very reasonably priced. The cottage is located in a residential area, municipal laws apply and no noise after 10pm.
