Even closer to the River Arts district! Full kitchen, bathroom, queen bed with high quality linens, comfortable living area, including a long, comfy couch (great for 3rd guest), oversized chair, and a private patio. New construction, unique, funky, retro, clean and convenient. I can offer a sleeping pad or air mattress for a 4th guest. Expect a relaxing environment, comfortable accommodations, mini-split heating/cooling, dehumidifier, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful hosts, a big back yard, and a safe, lovely, and interesting neighborhood. The public bus runs right by our house, so it's easy to hop on if you don't have a car or a bike. Note: The apartment is below our living area, so you may hear footsteps and/or other signs of life above you, despite high-quality soundproofing insulation between the floors. We make every effort to walk softly and protect your peace and quiet, especially between 9:30pm - 7am. Guest access 1 off-street parking space, private patio, studio apartment, and the big back yard. Other things to note The pump for the toilet is very sensitive, so PLEASE do not flush anything except toilet paper and human waste. No condoms, baby wipes, used tampons, tampon inserters, paper towels, cotton balls, plastic of any kind, cotton swabs, or condoms. That's NO CONDOMS. Sorry, but we've learned that we need to spell it out - ONLY TP and human waste in the toilet please! NOTHING ELSE. Thank you! There is a dehumidifier in the room that you may turn off if the noise bothers you, but we recommend you keep running as much as possible (esp. when you are not there) for your comfort. When the bucket fills up with water, it will shut off automatically, so please dump the water in the kitchen sink, reinsert, and restart. Simple.
