City Centre Kingsize Bedroom and Private Bathroom

We live in a Georgian garden flat and it is in the centre of Edinburgh's New Town. You will be a 10 minute walk from the Tram Stop at St Andrews Sq, Broughton Street around the corner, Playhouse, St James's Quarter Princess St, Waverley station , George Street although a short walk 10/15 mins it is uphill - In the opposite direction a 15 minute walk from the botanical gardens/Stockbridge/dean village. You will be able to walk everywhere you want along with bus stops easily accessible. The space Guests will be hosted on arrival and I shall be on hand to facilitate your stay in Edinburgh offering ideas, advice and practical support for the duration of your trip. Guests have access to the rented bedroom, sole use of the bathroom which is next door to the bedroom and use of the kitchen for tea/coffee/juice which is provided and if you want any light breakfast you will need to organise yourself. I respectfully ask that the living room is kept free for the family. If you smoke, we politely ask you to go onto the street outside. Tea and coffee in the kitchen. Wifi of course! :) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers who are just looking for a central base. Please note though it is a garden flat so there are steps down to my front door and internal stairs.
