The hall is spacious and features a comfortable sofa set and television. The dining space and kitchen are well-equipped with utensils, an oven, and a stove. Families will find our place ideal for their stay. The apartment is located in a residential society and has a separate entrance for the servant room. The main entrance leads to a room, and the corridor extends from the kitchen to the utility area. The corridor ends at the living space with a dining area on the other side. At the other end of the corridor, you'll find two rooms, one with an attached washroom and closet space, and both rooms have balconies. The apartment offers comfort and convenience, with its 4th-floor location providing impeccable views. Other things to note Laundry facilities are available within the premises, with two paid options to choose from. Additionally, an electric iron box can be provided free of charge upon request, and it will be collected on the same day. We will change the linen every three nights per guest and provide one fresh towel in each bathroom. If you require new/fresh towels every day, you can order them online via mobile apps like Flipkart or Amazon, and they should be delivered by the next day. Laundry, and Electric Iron Box: Laundry (Paid): Two laundry options are available within the premises Electric Iron Box (FREE) will be provided on request and collected back on the same day. Linen/towels: We will change linen after 3 nights / per guest. We will provide one new/fresh towel in each bathroom, based on number of guests. However in case, you need new/fresh one every day, please inform us. We will be happy to change, with extra cost Groceries (to be paid as per need): All groceries get delivered by closeby supermarkets like Royal-mart, big day etc., BigBasket and Grofers delivery at the flat in about 30 mins. Swiggy instant and Grofers deliver are very quick. Electronic Gadgets / Appliances: Airconditioners, Television, sofa set, Mattress, etc., are procured in this year.
